New reading of the Papyrus Rochester MAG 51.346.1 first published in: JEA 82, 1996, 107-127. In several places, the reading of the hieratic can be improved. Particularly noteworthy is the mentioning of the metal alliage called 'black copper'. It can be observed how the divine figures were made out of composite items in different metals and probably put on a stone stela.
