AB  - The article deals with a Horus stela in the Museum of Seized Antiquities in Cairo. The stela had close relations to Thebes.  The donor was a member of the Theban clergy, and the obverse bears a  praise to Amun. The main representation refers to the Sokaris-Osiris  festivals in Thebes. The stela can be dated to the first half of the  first millennium B.C.
